Refunds and Returns

At Rose Paulino, each piece is thoughtfully designed and produced with care. We ask that all orders are reviewed carefully before purchase.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be returned in original packaging
Items that do not qualify for return include:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Worn or damaged items
- Items returned without prior approval
Return Process

Include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned item is received and inspected.
Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to be processed after approval.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.
Shipping for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist promptly.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
