Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping option.
International Shipping

Order Tracking
Once shipped, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure all shipping information is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Rose Paulino is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you promptly.
